Ingredients:
Fresh Salmon with skin
3 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Thyme
2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
3/4 Black Pepper
1 fresh Lemon
2 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Cover the fish with the herbs and spices
Squeeze the half a lemon over the fish
Lightly oil both sides
Cut lemon slices and place on top
Cut in portions
Fire up the BBQ to 400 F (Surface temperature around 340F)
Serve with Chips (aka Fries) and a healthy salad
We used an air fryer for the fries.
